  Turned up with a puncture was told it wasnt repairable and Id need a new tyre. I doubted this but accepted it anyway. I asked for a discount based on buying 2 tyres as another was due to be replaced. The manager quoted £166, I thought great for 2 tyres, no this was each and had a 25% discount applied. I told him my BMW run flats cost less but he wasnt moved. I had to buy one tyre as I had a puncture and the car has no spare. £166 was reluctantly paid and I left feeling ripped off. At home I checked around the Internet and called local tyre places. Best price was Harveys !!! £136 average price around £140. I called them back and suggested hed made an error, no this was the correct price. I told him he was either ripping me off or was still wrong and that I wanted the name of his boss to write to. He then suggested that hed refund the difference between the price Id paid and Harveys internet price. I drove back, he struggled to get the computer to accept the refund but managed it
