  On the first occasion we placed a order for delivery from flames, after a 2 hour wait and 3 phone calls the food arrived cold, we requested new food be delivered preferably hot! after another 50 minute wait the food arrived hot but our order was 2 portions short! last night we gave the takeaway the benefit of the doubt and ordered for delivery again, after another 90 minute wait the food arrived, 2 portions short of the order, asked for no yogurt sauce on the kebab but a tub separate due to a family allergy, the kebab arrived with yogurt sauce on.. asked for no onions on the other kebab and surprise surprise the kebab was covered in onions. The burger was full, mean every mouthful crammed with pieces of cartilage. I called flames to ask for another kebab to be delivered and the two we had to be change and got a extremely rude reply of No. TRUST me when I say this is the worst takeaway I and friends and family have ever been too! there is an I. called z. with the same menu, beautiful food, good service.. I suggest if you dont want to be let down and pretty much stolen off, you take your business elsewhere.
